    We proudly highlight our long-term cooperation with top German lighter manufacturers – Unilite, Tom, and Vio – for whom we are the exclusive representatives and distributors in Croatia. We are also the official distributor of the well-known brand Moleskine on the Croatian market.

    For personalization, we typically use your logo. It is recommended to submit it in vector format (PDF, AI, CDR, EPS, SVG) or in high resolution (PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG, WebP). If the material is not suitable for printing, we can usually refine or vectorize it unless it's very complex.

  9. Can I get a product sample before placing an order?
    For larger orders, we can provide a physical sample of the selected product. For smaller orders, we create only a visual mockup – a digital image of the chosen product with your logo or design applied.
  10. How do you ship products and what are the delivery costs?
    We ship products via reliable courier services in Croatia and abroad. Shipping cost depends on weight and quantity, and is often free for larger orders. For the Zagreb area, we offer free delivery of promotional items.
  11. How far in advance should I order promotional products?
    We recommend placing your order at least 10 business days in advance, especially during peak seasons (before holidays, trade fairs, conferences).
  12. How long does production and delivery take?
    Delivery time depends on the product type, quantity, and chosen personalization. It’s usually between 5 and 15 business days from order and design confirmation.
  13. Do you offer urgent delivery?

  14. How is the price of promotional items determined?
    The price depends on three main factors: the base product price, the ordered quantity, and the type and complexity of personalization (number of print colors, engraving size, etc.). We provide a custom quote for every request.
  15. Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
    Yes, we offer discounts for larger orders. The unit price decreases as quantity increases, so feel free to contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
  16. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and – for legal entities – pro forma invoice payments.
  17. What if the product doesn’t match the order or is damaged?
    Please contact us immediately upon receiving the order. We handle claims quickly and in favor of the client.
  18. Where is your office or store located?
    Our office is located in Zagreb. All orders and inquiries are received via web form, email, or phone.
